i listened to take me home, country roads by john denver growing up in western massachusetts. it reminds me of the endless nature that surrounded my hometown. in my version, i wanted to capture a dream-like state that almost felt haunting. i always felt like i was dreaming my days away when i got lost in the nature that surrounded me there.

inspired by this 1930's straw bucket hat, i aimed to create a warm, vintage beach-look indoors.
